Charlotte Gambill is an international speaker, author, and pastor known for her practical teaching, relatable stories, and passion for encouraging and equipping women. For over three decades, Charlotte has served the global church through her gift of communication. She founded PRAXIS for Senior Leaders and The Collective Mentorship Program for women in leadership. Charlotte has authored over ten books, produced podcasts, and written curriculum for the next generation in partnership with SEU University. She and her husband, Steve, spent over 30 years building and leading church in the United Kingdom and now call Alabama home, where she serves as a teaching pastor at Church of the Highlands. They have two grown children, Hope Cherish and Noah Brave.
