NORTHVIEW CHURCH MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS

Because we want your marriage to thrive, we ask the following of you…

  • Give us at least a 4-month window before your wedding date so that we have time to do our very best to prepare you for marriage.
  • Agree to honor Northview’s Premarital Commitment as an engaged couple. You will have the opportunity to discuss this with a Pastor.
  • Complete Becoming One, Northview’s premarital course.
  • Prioritize attending church services together as often as you can.


VENUE AVAILABILITY AND FEES

Availability Guidelines for All Northview Campuses

  • We will work with you to find the best available dates for your rehearsal and wedding day. We simply ask that you have some flexibility and understand that there are many good church activities to balance.
  • Friday and Saturday are the best days to have a wedding at Northview. Each Northview Campus has specific times that their space is available. See campus fees section for details for your requested campus.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to do weddings during holidays and large scheduled church events. 

Fees for All Northview Campuses

  • If you are getting married at one of our campuses, venue fees at each campus start at $475. This includes setup and maintenance, audio/visual technician, and wedding director.
  • $100 wedding deposit is due when completing this form. This deposit will be applied to the overall fee leaving an estimated balance of $375.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. Payment can be made online at northviewchurch.us/myaccount, please look in the "Recent Registrations" area and click on Wedding. You will have received a link in your first confirmation email.
  • Requests for pastors to officiate an offsite wedding will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The fees associated with this would be
  • Pastor’s honorarium - $150 and up is customary

Fees paid directly to third party:

  • Pastor’s Honorarium - $150 and up is customary
  • Becoming One Premarital Class - $115 due upon registration
  • Musicians – the services and fees for musicians are arranged directly by the couple. Northview does not provide musicians or referrals for musicians.
  • Optional Fees: Video Engineer - $50 an hour


VENUE GUIDELINES

The following guidelines apply for all Northview Campuses:

• All wedding guests must stay in the area designated by the Wedding Director.

• The wedding party must remove all personal decorations immediately following the ceremony.

• No confetti, rice, birdseed etc., may be thrown within the church building. Only birdseed may be thrown outside the church building.

• No alcohol is permitted on church property.

• No smoking is permitted within the church building.

• Sexually suggestive, violent and/or profane music is not permitted during wedding ceremonies held at Northview.

• Northview Church is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

• Northview Church does not staff or have nursery facilities available for weddings

After selecting 2 applicants, fill in each person's information on each screen. A refundable deposit of $100 is due to submit the form. Do not pay the remaining balance until your wedding date and venue has been confirmed by your wedding director.
